Sunday evening is when the Portugal v Netherlands match which is part of the UEFA Nations League competition will be kicking off, and with that in mind I want to look at the current betting opportunities available on the players to score at any time betting markets.
It wont be too difficult for you to find a bookie that is going to allow you to name any player you think will score a goal at any point in time during the match, and below I have put together the odds that are generally on offer at bookies sportsbooks that do offer such a betting opportunity.
If you have to name just one player that should have it in him to score at some point in this match, I think it’s a fair bet that many of you out there will pick Ronaldo to do just that, and if you get a move on you should be able to secure odds of at least 11/10 on him scoring at anytime in that match.
This could of course be a high scoring match and that does of course mean that any other player could be lucky enough to score at any point in time during the first 90 minutes of standard play, and one that could be worth backing is Depay who is on offer at odds of 11/5.
Will There be No Goal Scorer?
Whilst I do personally think this match will be one in which a couple of goals at least will be scored by either team or even both, you may feel it could be a match that ends in a 0-0 draw.
If that is the case then consider playing a No Goalscorer bet, for if you do so you are going to find odds as high as 15/2 that there will be no goals being scored during this match, and those odds are generous to say the least if you do think that.
Odds on Some Other Players Scoring
Dependent on just which players you do think wills core at any point in time during the Portugal vs Netherlands UEFA Nations League match tomorrow, the odds could be overly generous, and as such let me know give you some other players to consider backing.
Felix and De Jong do both know where the back of the net is and it wouldn’t be too much of a surprise if either of them did score, and the odds that are generally available on both are around the 13/5 mark.
If Sousa does go on to score at any point in time during this match and you backed him to do so you will be rewarded with odds of around the 11/4 mark, if you back him right now, and as for the chance of Bergwijn, Jota or Promes scoring at any time in this match each player has odds of 7/2 attached to him at most bookies sites.
A couple of other players to consider backing with slightly higher odds attached to them are Babel and Rafa who are both 4/1 shots.
